Pre-School Programme

The Pre-School Programme (PSP) team is made up of dedicated educators and support staff who nurture children aged 4–6 years during their most formative learning years.

They guide children through play-based and structured activities to develop early literacy, numeracy, social, and motor skills while fostering curiosity, confidence, and independence in a safe and engaging environment.

Lower Primary

The Lower Primary (LP) team is made up of dedicated educators and support staff who nurture children aged 7–8 through their early academic years.

They build strong academic and behavioural foundations while guiding students through structured routines that foster confidence and curiosity in reading, writing, and numeracy within a safe and supportive learning environment.

Middle Primary

The Middle Primary (MP) team supports children aged 9–10 as they grow in independence and critical thinking.

They design engaging lessons that promote discussion, collaboration, and inquiry while deepening academic understanding and nurturing students’ social and emotional development in a safe learning environment.

Upper Primary

The Upper Primary (UP) team at Dignity consists of dedicated educators and support staff who teach children aged 11–12 as they prepare for the transition into secondary education.

They strengthen discipline, analytical thinking, and responsibility while mentoring students through more advanced academic content and fostering resilience, leadership, and strong communication skills.

Lower Secondary

The Lower Secondary (LS) team guides students aged 13–14 through the foundational stage of the Cambridge IGCSE pathway.

They strengthen academic discipline, critical thinking, and confidence across core subjects while providing close academic and pastoral guidance to prepare students for the rigour of the IGCSE curriculum.

Middle Secondary

The Middle Secondary (MS) team prepares students aged 14–15 for the academic rigour of the Cambridge IGCSE programme in Upper Secondary.

They strengthen subject mastery, analytical thinking, and examination readiness through structured lessons, consistent mentoring, and close academic monitoring to build confidence and independence.

Upper Secondary

The Upper Secondary (US) team comprises experienced subject specialists who prepare students aged 16–17 for the Cambridge IGCSE examinations and their future academic or career pathways.

They provide rigorous academic instruction, structured coursework guidance, and close mentorship to ensure examination readiness while fostering discipline, confidence, and post-secondary preparedness.

Dignity College

The Dignity College (DC) team consists of dedicated educators and trainers who support students aged 16–18 in developing employability skills and workplace readiness.

Through structured academic and skills-based training, close mentorship, and career guidance, they equip students with practical competencies, professional communication skills, and the confidence to transition into employment, internships, or further education.

About Dignity

Our work began in 1998 in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur with only 20 students then. Dignity is now a learning centre with more than 2,300 children ranging from 2-19 years old.
