Sibling Duo Teachers: Tim and Ainsley's Impactful Journey at Dignity for Children Foundation
15 June 2023

Introducing Tim and Ainsley, the sibling duo working as teachers at Dignity for Children Foundation! 🙂

💬𝙏𝙞𝙢, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜?
Seeing the children I teach grow and become the best versions of themselves is truly rewarding. It’s amazing to watch their transformation and know that I have played a part in it.

💬𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙚𝙮𝙚-𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨?
One of the most surprising and eye-opening moments is realizing that change is possible for every child, regardless of their background or circumstances. Even kids who are thought to be "unredeemable" have the potential to grow and improve.

💬𝘼𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙡𝙚𝙮, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚?
Working with students from the marginalized community and being a part of such a supportive and loving family at work is a daily reminder for me that I’m making a difference here. The children under my care are just as important to me as I am to them.

💬𝙄𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙜𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮?
I hope more people will recognize the immense potential and heart that these communities have, instead of ignoring them ❤️
