Formative Years Education (FYE) Overview:
Our Formative Years Education (FYE) gives children everything they need to develop and blossom into an independent learner and socially well-adapted child.
We believe that children aged 2-6 learn through a process that Montessori called, “self-construction”. This means that children are building and developing themselves as they learn through play and exploration. Therefore, our classrooms are set up in such a way that encourages active exploratory learning.
Children learn from the 6 main areas of the Montessori curriculum – Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, Science and Culture and Art.
Toddler Stimulation
Program (TSP)
The Toddler Stimulation Program is designed to meet the needs of the young children who at this stage are absorbing information through their senses. Our program focuses on developing and refining the sensorial skills, as well as providing good support for motor and language skills development. With the right support, our toddlers are fast becoming independent learners with a good sense of confidence, self-identity and belonging.
- Children: 1 – 2 year olds
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Morning Session: 8am – 12pm; Afternoon Session: 12.30pm – 4.30pm
- Full Day Care: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (pick up from 4.30pm)
