Early Childhood Educator
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver lessons to children aged 3-6 years in a mixed-age classroom;
  2. Guide children in the daily classroom routines and procedures;
  3. Mark students' work and give feedback on students' progress and development;
  4. Continue growing in the knowledge of child care, children development and how children learn;
  5. Participate actively in the school activities and programme;
  6. Engage with students' parents and community for better school-home partnership.

Requirements:
  • possess a Malaysian IC;
  • possess a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood;
  • have at least one year teaching experience;
  • must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa (additional language is a plus)
Primary Educator
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities in a child-friendly method;
  2. Mark students' work and give feedback on students' progress and development;
  3. Maintain up-to-date content knowledge (Cambridge syllabus);
  4. Continue growing in the knowledge of child care, children development and how children learn;
  5. Learn to use various range of learning resources and materials to guide children's learning;
  6. Manage students' behavior and apply appropriate and effective positive behavior management strategies;
  7. Participate actively in the school activities and programme;
  8. Engage with students' parents and community for better school-home partnership.

Requirements:
  • possess a Malaysian IC;
  • possess a Bachelor Degree in Education;
  • have at least one year teaching experience;
  • must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa (fluency in additional language(s) is a plus)
  • enjoy working with primary-age students;
  • energetic and willing to explore new ways of teaching students.
IGCSE Secondary Teacher
Responsibilities:
  1. Be a mentor to youth and participate as a positive role model to build and nurture character in underprivileged youth;
  2. Well-versed with IGCSE English/ Business Student & Accounts;
  3. Deliver content according to the IGCSE academic rigor and requirement;
  4. Participate in the education camps and workshops conducted to build character;
  5. Manage students' behavior and apply appropriate and effective behavior measures;
  6. Prepare and deliver interactive lesson;
  7. Mark students' work and provide feedback for students in both academic and character development;
  8. Participate actively in school activities and programmes which includes Dignity's events.

Requirements:
  • possess a Malaysian IC;
  • must have a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Education;
  • MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING IGCSE BUSINESS STUDIES/ ACCOUNTING/ ENGLISH,
  • have a passion to work with youth;
  • highly driven and motivated;
  • must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia(fluency in additional language(s) is a plus);
  • willing to travel for school camps and extended field trips.
Youth Leader
Responsibilities:
Be a mentor to youth or students which includes the day-to-day"

  1. Build and nurture positive character in underprivileged youth;
  2. Organise character-building camps/workshops/ programme for youth;
  3. Manage students' behavior and apply appropriate and effective behavior measures;
  4. Prepare and deliver interactive lessons for youth aged 13-19 years old.
  5. Mark students' work and provide feedback for students in both academic and character development;
  6. Participate actively in school activities and programme which includes Dignity's events.

Requirements:
  • possess a Malaysian IC;
  • must have a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Education;
  • at least one year of working experience in related fields;
  • highly driven and motivated;
  • possess administrative & project management skills;
  • being able to drive and possess own transportation is preferred;
  • able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in additional language(s) is a plus);
  • willing to travel for school camps and extended field trips.

Volunteers
We welcome interns as well as short-term and long-term volunteers, either in the Education departments, Administrative departments or our Transformational Enterprises.

  • Minimum duration for individuals interested in volunteering is 1 full week.
  • Volunteer positions are available for individuals from overseas.

Volunteer teams from schools and companies require special coordination.
