Girls Peace Camp and Malaysia's First Skate Camp
27 June 2022

Girls Peace Camp

Girls Peace Camp had a total participation of 146 girls from 7 years old up to 16 years.

The girls had the opportunity to learn different football skills from our trained coaches, participate in interactive peace education sessions to help them become more self-aware of their emotions.

It was wonderful to witness the girls having fun together regardless of background, ethnicity or religion.

They got to learn that playing sports is not just about winning but about fairness, kindness and being a good team player!
Basic football skills were taught during the camp. Girls are getting ready and are excited to train for Faisal Cup.

Skate Camp

First ever skate camp in Malaysia took place in Dignity Farm Academy in Bentong, Pahang! 🛹🔥 Thanks to Vans for the partnership.

Students who were initially afraid of stepping on the skateboards overcame their fears on the first day itself!

We observed our students challenging themselves through skateboarding and also embracing risk, supporting and learning together. Precious moments.

Each student got to silk-screen print their own T-shirts with an exclusive design.
Our students not only gained a new skill - they gained confidence.
Skate demonstrations by local heroes from Vans team.
Hands-on wood workshop where our students got to build skate stools.
Another group photo for the album!
